About the application process
Applications are submitted online via our website.
- It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete the application.
- It is necessary to have the following documents and images ready (see checklist)
- Applications for Accredited membership are approved monthly (see deadlines)
- Your application will then be reviewed by two Guildhouse board or staff members.
- Once approved you will be notified via an email that you have been accepted as an Accredited Member of Guildhouse.
- Your information will be given to Local Community Insurance Services who will add you to Guildhouse’s Accredited Member insurance policy.
*Allied Members are not required to upload Images of work.
Images should be of a professional quality and illustrate the breadth of your selected practice. NB: images that are too large will not upload.

This statement should outline: your influences, inspirations, material details, or subject matter. As well as summarise your formal qualifications, professional experience and/or significant career highlights. This is NOT an artist statement, which describes a particular body of work.

Please allow one week after the application deadline for processing of applications.
Do you have an event or require accreditation outside of the membership deadlines?
A $20 fee will be charged at the completion of your application process in addition to the Accredited membership fee.
