Characterised by tiny, detailed stitching, Nakshi Kantha, ‘Art Quilts’, depict the stories that pervade village life in Bangladesh. Masuma will teach a series of embroidery designs based on wedding traditions and the everyday stories of life in Bangladesh, whilst exploring their meaning and cultural significance.
