Guildhouse, in partnership with Nexus Arts, is delighted to present Introduction to Creative Workplaces + Arts Law, a professional development session designed to strengthen artists’ understanding of workplace practices and licensing in the creative industries.
Join us for an informative afternoon featuring presentations from Creative Australia’s Creative Workplaces team and Arts Law Centre of Australia, who will both be travelling to Adelaide for this special event.

Launch – Opuntia and Olea: Stories of Adaptation

The Adelaide Botanic Garden and Guildhouse warmly invite you to the launch of Opuntia and Olea: Stories of Adaptation, a new outdoor exhibition by artist Giuseppe Matteo Pappalardo for The Guildhouse Collections Project with the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium of South Australia.
Through a suite of richly embellished ceramic sculptures—echoing the artistic traditions of his native Sicily—the artist explores the story of the prickly pear (Opuntia) and the olive tree (Olea europaea).
