This intensive workshop explores the delicate inlay technique used in furniture and ornamental construction in Iran. Shima Gholami was taught the craft of Iranian wooden inlay by respected master craftsperson Soleiman Saeidabadi. She practiced her craft on a professional level in her home country. This weekend workshop will provide an introduction to wooden inlay techniques, with support provided by well known designer maker Adrian Potter.
