Do you have experience in arts administration and a desire to develop your programming/producer experience within the arts? Are you a self motivated, sector-engaged person with excellent attention to detail?

We have a part-time 6 month contract for a Guildhouse Programs Administration Officer assisting within the Programs team. Reporting directly to the Artistic Programs Manager, this position will assist with artist liaison, collation of artist and event information and general programming assistance. This is an opportunity to apply your skills within a small, bustling arts organisation and work directly with artists and arts leaders in an administrative support role.

Guildhouse is a not for profit organisation that supports visual artists, craftspeople and designers to build and maintain sustainable careers. Our programs deliver online and in-person opportunities for artists to connect, develop new work and build their practice. We partner with South Australia’s finest and respected museums, galleries, artist-run-initiatives and educators to ensure our staff and our programs offer best practice and relevant connections.

The Guildhouse Programs Administration Officer is an opportunity for an early career arts administrator to work with South Australia’s leading artists and organisations.

The role is offered as a 6 month contract at 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE) and we support flexible work arrangements.
