As the peak body for visual artists, craftspeople and designers in South Australia, we call on you to join our community and help us uplift, engage and grow a state of creativity.
The escalating cost of living is not just a financial issue; it’s a threat to artists’ ability to sustain their creative practice and careers, putting at risk the very creativity that underpins our state.
Uplift
Artists currently earn about a quarter less than the average income of the wider workforce. Last year, 86% of our annual expenditures went to employing artists. By supporting us, you can directly contribute to artists showcasing their practice, expanding audiences and uplifting artists’ incomes.
Engage
Guildhouse offers all creatives opportunities, regardless of their skills, education, or background, from essentials such as low-cost insurance and professional support to ambitious programs. Your donation will help them take risks, create excellent work, and achieve their goals.
Grow
Through our Professional Services and programs last year, we reached over 600,000 local, national, and global audiences, showcasing South Australian artists. Your donation allows us to extend our South Australian artists further.
