‘Changeling a, c & b, The Pulchritudinous (beautiful) Fly’ is a triptych that explores the interconnectedness of horror and pleasure, by reimagining how we think about ourselves, through the complexity of our lived experiences. The work aims to invite viewers to contemplate both consciously and unconsciously their own perceptions of ‘self’.

An outcome of The Guildhouse Fellowship, expressionist artist Tom Phillips presents new work, highlighting issues of social justice and capturing everyday experiences of loneliness, alienation, vulnerability and hardship.
The Guildhouse Fellowship is presented in partnership with the Art Gallery of South Australia and the James and Diana Ramsay Foundation.

Jennifer Mathews is a sculpture and installation artist based in South Australia. Her recent projects explore human dominion over the non-human, the architectural impulse to measure and contain, and the impact of technological advances on our relationships with the organic world.
