To uphold the Government’s physical distancing and other transmission reduction measures in response to coronavirus (COVID-19), Guildhouse will hold its AGM by video conference.
Please do not attend the Guildhouse office.

Our AGM is open to all, but only Guildhouse financial members are eligible to vote. If you are a financial member and cannot attend the meeting but would like someone to represent you please download and complete the Proxy Form below and return it to Guildhouse.
Proxy Forms must be submitted by Monday 27 April 2020.
