INFORM: Prioritising You in Your Creative Practice – ”How To’s” for Artist Wellbeing is a thoughtfully designed workshop – with a highly encouraged interactive (yet opt-in) style – specifically for artists, craftspeople, designers, creatives and freelance professionals. We fully acknowledge the stretch, compression, overwhelm and many pressures experienced by independent practitioners. This session will share a bunch of insightful tips, tools and methods to discover what ‘wellbeing’ looks like for you and what the next steps might be to incorporate those discoveries into your days.
Led by the expertise of experienced facilitator, Bel Ryan, IGNITE Wellbeing Co, with a focus on tactile learning (yes, pipe cleaners!) with minimal screens and slides. This session aims to equip, empower and de-mystify the ‘wellbeing’ world, for you.
A limited number of subsidised tickets are available:
This session has been partially supported by The Office for Small and Family Business in its ongoing commitment to supporting communities and individual practitioners. We acknowledge Bel’s dedication in securing grant funding to support accessibility to these needed, safe, informed and impactful sessions. To receive a subsidised ticket please fill out all required fields for reporting, all information is de-identified and for reporting uses only. Please note while this session has been designed with creative small business owners in mind, any person in the community with or without an ABN is encouraged to attend and is eligible for a subsidised ticket.
