As part of the Intersection Regional Tour, this relaxed Community Event is a way for artists, arts-lovers and members of the community based in the Adelaide Hills to come together, connect and network at Hahndorf Academy.
The event will feature an informal artist talk with local artists Kath Inglis and Tim Thompson sharing their experiences of being regional artists.

Giuseppe Matteo Pappalardo presents Opuntia and Olea: Stories of Adaptation for The Guildhouse Collections Project with the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium of South Australia.
Through a suite of richly embellished ceramic sculptures—echoing the artistic traditions of his native Sicily—the artist explores the story of the prickly pear (Opuntia) and the olive tree (Olea europaea).
